Job Title: Director of Sales

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all day-to-day activities related to the sales function, with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve property sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
