Kamp is a small startup with a great opportunity for growth and development. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Director to manage our B2C and B2B leads, close high-ticket sales, and build relationships with potential sponsors. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in cold/warm selling, 2 years of experience with email sequencing, and a strong understanding of startup/biz vocabulary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage B2C leads through warm calling and closing high-ticket sales
  • Manage B2B leads through cold calling and securing sponsorships
  • Utilize Pipedrive (CRM) and SalesHandy (email sequencing) to streamline sales processes
  • Set up automation and triggers to assist with sales processes
  • Log all calls and interactions in the CRM
  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships and close deals (2-4 times a year)

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in cold/warm selling
  • 2 years of experience with email sequencing
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be a self-starter and go-getter
  • Must have a good understanding of startup/biz vocabulary
  • High ticket closing experience and sponsorship sales experience are a plus
  • 2+ years of experience with SalesHandy and Pipedrive

Work Arrangement

  • 15-20 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12-5pm in downtown Fort Lauderdale and the rest remote)

Compensation

  • $500 monthly stipend + commission (all in should be around $2-3K income per month for part-time work and this will increase as we grow)
