About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Rabobank. As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a vital role in our team's strategic goal to accomplish core loan growth, responsive client servicing, and solid credit administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of existing client relationships, including general relationship management activities, loan servicing, and credit management.
  • Complete independently and/or assist Relationship Managers in client interviews, cross-selling, financial analysis, and preparing reviews.
  • Support the Relationship Manager(s) in responding to requirements of new and existing clients.
  • Communicate extensively with other departments, including Appraisal, Credit, and AFCID.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Finance, lending, or ag-related services.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret risk in appraisals, financial statements, and other customer data.
  • Must have the ability to analyze simple financial statements and supporting information with ability to solve practical problems related to the agricultural industry.
  • Ability to communicate, market, and sell Rabo AgriFinance products.
  • Must be able to conduct business and make sales presentations over the phone or in person.
  • Experience in loan documentation, including the perfection of liens and mortgages on real estate, inventory, and machinery.
  • Ability to set goals, manage priorities, and achieve objectives with minimal direction from others.
