The individual is expected to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the sector and utilize innovative and analytical techniques to boost occupancy rates.
This position demands adaptability to grasp property-specific nuances while effectively managing the marketing initiatives in collaboration with field and sales teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with Community Managers and Sales and Marketing Team members to achieve all financial objectives.
- Ensure a robust and well-maintained online presence for the assigned community; oversee, review, and report on all marketing activities and outcomes.
- Evaluate current market trends and competitor data to devise and execute marketing strategies and projects for existing properties.
- Manage lead tracking by initiating contact and following up on leads generated through marketing efforts, documenting all interactions within the database.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families considering a move to the community, effectively conveying the mission of Lakeshore Management Services.
- Promote our community through networking, sales initiatives, advertising, public relations, and community events.
- Identify, establish, and sustain positive relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to ensure ongoing referrals and continuous opportunities for community promotion.
