Job Title: Family Liaison, Creative

CAMBA is a community-driven organization that provides comprehensive services to individuals and families in need. We are seeking a Family Liaison, Creative to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Family Liaison, Creative will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of program participants, managing the after-school office, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and participation. This role will also involve coordinating with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide support and resources to families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of program participants by following all CAMBA after-school protocols and procedures.
  • Manage the after-school office daily during program hours.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation.
  • Coordinate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide support and resources to families.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Requirements:
  • Some college credits, undergraduate student or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and/or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to maintain State Central Registry (SCR) clearance and fingerprint clearance throughout the duration of employment.
  • Ability to adapt to the culture and environment of a public school.
