Job Overview

The Supervisor of Wraparound Services is tasked with guiding the Wraparound approach for families engaged in the program. This role is essential in overseeing the delivery of wraparound services, ensuring adherence to the Wraparound Services Model while complying with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all Family Youth & Transition services align with corporate policies, program-specific guidelines, and contractual obligations with the Office of Juvenile Justice.
  • Lead the coordination and execution of Family Youth & Transition services alongside the Wraparound program.
  • Oversee compliance with quality assurance standards, Medicaid regulations, AMIkids Personal Growth Model (APGM), and Wraparound Fidelity, while maintaining accurate records in accordance with the requirements of contracting agencies and state audits.
  • Support the Program Director in recruiting and training staff; develop and provide instructional materials as necessary; supervise and assess the performance and continuous development of Case Management personnel.
  • Organize and plan meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries to ensure effective staff scheduling.
  • Guarantee that services and interventions are delivered through a strength-based approach, tailored to meet the unique needs of youth and are culturally sensitive.
  • Maintain awareness of the current service environment to ensure a flexible and responsive service delivery system that is culturally competent.
  • Coordinate and lead Family Team Conferences to achieve consensus among family members and other stakeholders in creating a suitable plan that addresses family needs while ensuring adherence to AMIkids values and standards.
  • Build and sustain ongoing relationships with family members, service providers, and other identified resources to facilitate the implementation of client plans and act as a liaison between the program and external resources.
  • Conduct meetings with families in their home settings or other approved locations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Operate program vehicles as necessary, following transportation policies.
  • Participate in required training and professional development opportunities, maintaining relevant certifications and licenses.
  • Complete necessary crisis intervention and physical restraint training as mandated by state and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain CPR and First Aid certification from a nationally recognized organization.
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience working with families and children; experience with Wraparound services is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
