Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve fixed and variable cost targets along with capital budget management
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Reliability teams
  • Communicate operational updates to stakeholders
  • Lead initiatives focused on reliability, compliance, quality, and safety
  • Implement strategies to reduce operational costs through excellence
  • Manage and develop employee performance
  • Maximize reliability to prevent unscheduled shutdowns
  • Drive enhancements in productivity and cost efficiency
  • Foster a culture of safety within the facility
  • Comply with all corporate and facility policies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Chemical or Petrochemical disciplines
  • Over 10 years of experience in an industrial plant setting
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and developing teams
  • Familiarity with Process Safety Management standards
  • Preferred experience in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
