Position Summary
This role involves providing case management and customer service support for our organization. You will assist with participant check-in procedures and support case managers in coordinating and documenting cases. You will learn and apply the principles of evidence-based practices in all interactions with participants and staff.
Main Duties
- Conduct check-ins for all participants entering the facility and manage drug screening processes as per the assigned schedule.
- Perform breath analysis for participants entering the facility and provide documented results.
- Complete the initial intake process for participants, including necessary paperwork and data entry into the company database.
- Handle general office administration tasks, including answering phones and providing customer service to participants and the public.
- Assist case managers with case coordination, communication with relevant agencies, and report preparation.
- Manage filing, chart preparation, and data entry as assigned.
- May oversee office opening and closing procedures.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and supervise participant programs, documenting attendance and progress in the company database.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of six months of experience in the human services field with direct participant interaction.
- Ability to manage a variety of routine tasks while maintaining an organized workflow.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard software applications.
- Ability to work in a typical office environment with direct participant contact.
- Local travel may be necessary.
