About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Membership Manager to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our membership program, including developing and implementing strategies to increase member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement membership strategies to increase engagement and retention
  • Manage membership data and reports to inform business decisions
  • Provide high-level customer service to members, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of membership programs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform membership strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in membership management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 (DOE)
  • Annual bonus structure
  • Hybrid schedule in our Washington, DC office
