We are looking for a motivated and skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this position, the Client Relations Specialist will assist in meeting operational business requirements by effectively communicating with and addressing all client inquiries while collaborating with field personnel and management to fulfill all relevant administrative responsibilities. Work alongside various Internal Team Members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of Client Concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, schedule clients for service appointments, and assist clients with all inquiries. Provide clear, informed communication with confirmation of accuracy while setting and managing expectations.
  • Deliver customer service related to contract sales, promotional offers, and Del-Air services.
  • Process incoming and outgoing calls, manage credit card transactions, offer service plans, schedule appointments, and process refunds.
  • Establish maintenance contracts or extended warranties in the Del-Air database.
  • Oversee all data entry tasks, including but not limited to utilizing emails, text messages, and other communication tools to efficiently allocate manpower and resources throughout the day.
  • Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups on services, coordinate scheduling, and offer service plans.
  • Ensure strong client relations are maintained, and that client claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in compliance with consumer laws.
  • Adhere to location initiatives and proactively inform and educate clients.
  • Provide recommendations and, in some cases, develop improvement plans based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Must possess effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work overtime with minimal notice; weekend hours may be required.
  • Meet established performance standards and metrics.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of all office equipment.
  • Eligible to work legally in the United States.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
