  • Provide Direct Patient Care

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team

Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Communicate Effectively

Provide clear and concise information to patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Manage Patient Flow

Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.

Participate in Quality Improvement

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure

Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.

Certification

AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCU or critical care setting.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position working 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
