Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, call center operations, hospitality, or sales.
  • Experience in a luxury service environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in English, with a good command of grammar and etiquette.
  • Typing skills of at least 30 words per minute.
