Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personnel Coordinator to join our team at Healthcare Legal Solutions LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating HR, Recruiting, and Productivity goals for the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
  • Screen candidates, manage resumes, and conduct background checks, ensuring timely and compliant hiring processes.
  • Support the administration of HR policies and programs, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding.
  • Facilitate employee relations initiatives, including counseling, new hire orientation, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and oversee staff productivity across the organization, working with management to identify areas for improvement and maintain productivity standards.
  • Organize recruitment marketing efforts such as job postings and participation in career fairs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide management with feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee development and training sessions.
  • Assist with personnel management tasks, including performance evaluations, workload distribution, and team collaboration strategies.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues, including harassment and policy violations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR coordination or recruiting, with a focus on staffing, employee relations, and productivity management.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Productivity Management: Experience monitoring and improving staff productivity, ideally in collaboration with management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (ADP, Workday, etc.).
  • Recruiting: Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Judgment: Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information.
