About the Role

Elevation Church is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Regional Director to join our team. As a key member of our online ministry, you will be responsible for providing regional-focused care, growth, and development to our local eFam leaders and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Care and Development: Provide pastoral care, growth, and development to local eFam leaders and volunteers through Watch Parties, eGroups, and Youth ministries.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with volunteers to foster community within Elevation Church Online through regional events and connection opportunities.
  • Ministry Development: Develop and implement opportunities that equip volunteers with the spiritual and practical tools needed for effective ministry.
  • Pastoral Care: Provide responsive pastoral care to leaders and volunteers, including prayer, encouragement, and spiritual guidance.
  • Spiritual Growth and Discipleship: Facilitate opportunities for spiritual growth and discipleship through one-on-one mentoring, monthly team meetings, and online resources.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Solicit volunteer feedback and use it to continually improve and adapt care strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to care, growth, and development within the online ministry.
Requirements
  • Church Involvement: Active participation in a church, demonstrating a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize and connect with people, facilitating connection easily from a distance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritization and Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping excellence intact.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using online platforms and communication tools for virtual connection, such as video conferencing, email, and chat.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset who works best in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Non-Profit Experience: Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting.
  • Pastoral Care Experience: Demonstrated experience in pastoral care ministry, counseling, or spiritual care.
  • Start-Up Environment: Familiarity working in a start-up environment with familiarity in building growth paths.
