Elevation Church is seeking a skilled Multimedia Content Creator to join our NextGen & Programming Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that showcases the impact of our church.

• Pitching Ideas: Develop and pitch creative concepts for video campaigns that align with the church's mission and vision.
• Video Production: Plan, execute, and oversee video campaigns from initial concept to final production as a director.
• Collaboration: Work with teammates to develop creative concepts and pitch treatments.
• Scriptwriting: Write video scripts for on-screen talent.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews for point-of-view (POV) videos, capturing authentic and impactful stories from individuals.
• Set Design: Build video sets with proper lighting and placement.
• Video Editing: Execute all video production, including filming and editing.
• Dynamic Content: Build and produce dynamic worship experience opener videos and church event recaps as needed.

• Self-Starter: A self-starter who enjoys coming up with and pitching ideas.
• Leadership: Ability to oversee a set and team to achieve a video's vision.
• Technical Skills: Ability to shoot video, light sets, and edit video.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience writing scripts and/or creative treatments.
• Interviewing: 3+ years of experience interviewing people for POV content.
• Communication: Outgoing with exceptional communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive and excellent ability to problem-solve.
• Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail.
• Time Management: Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well independently and with a team.

• Graphic Design: Experience in graphic design or motion graphics.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in media, video/film, or related field.
• Background: Background in fine art, fashion, or music.
