Customer Experience Representative

At Platinum Resource Group, we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Understand customer needs, determine the cause of the problem, and provide an expedited resolution.
- Work with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure proper customer service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Support assigned Sales Representatives and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of customer-facing service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
