Customer Care Specialist

At Carrier Enterprise, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. This role will provide sales and warranty support to our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and assistance with their HVAC product needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Research and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain knowledge of new and existing products, as well as inventory levels, to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
Process orders, forms, and applications, and recommend product accessories as needed.
Document customer interactions, transactions, and comments using digital tools.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, or an associate's degree with 1+ year of experience.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as digital applications such as CRM and contact center software.
