Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while handling a variety of transactions, inquiries, and sales opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of banking procedures and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to customers while performing transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Offer guidance to customers and provide a full spectrum of customer services, including sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Service Quality Standards: Set, achieve, and exceed service standards by adhering to established Service Quality Standards.
- Transaction Processing: Process routine transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and balance inquiries.
- Customer Needs: Meet customer needs through effective customer service, identifying opportunities to suggest bank products that meet their needs.
- Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure all transactions are accurate and efficient, maintaining a cash drawer and balancing it at the end of the shift.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all financial and banking procedures, regulations, and policies.
- Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong customer relationships through new account follow-up, account maintenance, and promoting bank products and services.
- Knowledge and Expertise: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor information, and maintain knowledge of the Bank's products, services, and pricing.
- Education: High School Diploma required; additional qualifications or certifications in banking or finance are considered a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience as a teller; sales experience, focused on cross-selling products and services, is required.
- Software Application: Basic knowledge of banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours, handle cash and financial documents, and operate standard office equipment.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
