Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate at One Step GPS, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to support our Sales Director in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide live demos, process new orders, and manage subscriptions while ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
This is a dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth and development. You will work closely with our Customer Support team to develop your technical skills and contribute to the improvement of our UI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through live demos, phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Process new orders and manage subscriptions efficiently.
- Routinely communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop technical skills by working closely with our Customer Support team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
