Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure alignment and synergy between sales and marketing efforts.
- Leverage Salesforce mastery and other sales tools, such as Gong and ZoomInfo, to optimize sales processes and performance.
- Establish and uphold best practices in sales management, processes, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a SaaS sales organization from approximately $20M in ARR to $100M+.
- Deep expertise in SaaS sales strategies and market expansion.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on culture building and team development.
- Mastery of Salesforce (SFDC) and experience with sales tools such as Gong and ZoomInfo.
