Our client, an AI-driven organization revolutionizing the government sector, is hiring a VP of Sales to help scale their SaaS sales division. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a top-tier sales team, developing a high-performing sales strategy, and delivering measurable results while cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation.
As the VP of Sales, you will build and oversee a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Engineers.
# Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth objectives.
# Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.
# Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
# Establish sales methodologies, coaching programs, and process improvements to maximize success.
# Create and maintain a high-performance sales culture that reflects the company's mission and values.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
# Extensive experience scaling SaaS sales organizations in growth-stage companies.
# In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales strategies and market expansion.
# Strong expertise in sales strategy, management, and execution.
# Proven leadership in recruiting, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
# Strong leadership with a focus on culture, team development, and performance.
# Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and experience with sales tools like Gong and ZoomInfo.
# Stock options.
