As the VP, Sales VoiceAI, you will lead and scale growth of our newest product line sales team, Voice AI, driving revenue growth and market share in strategic verticals and regions. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, fostering strong client relationships, and building a high-performing sales organization. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. This role will lead a distributed team of Enterprise Account Executives and will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Sales Process Optimization: Refine and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior leadership.
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new product launches or experience working at startups in their early journey.
~ Proven ability to build relationships from scratch, especially for lesser-known or startup organizations and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
~ Demonstrated experience in building, scaling and mentoring high-performing strategic sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
~ Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and best practices.
~ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building trust with C-level stakeholders.
~ Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies.
~ Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
~ The OTE (On Target Earnings) range targeted for this full-time position is $400,000 - $450,000 per annum . Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance options
