Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Professional is responsible for managing all aspects of a home purchase and sale. They provide expert advice to clients on how to market and sell their home and find a new home that meets their needs. As a Sales Professional, you will develop creative strategies to make your clients' home stand out in the market, ensuring a quick and favorable sale.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to build quality relationships with clients. Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete, and as they gain experience, they can earn a significant income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to earn $50,000 - $100,000 or more per year.

To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. Job Responsibilities

  • Help clients price their property well and make it marketable.
  • Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions.
  • Research your real estate market and understand the trends of home values in your area.
  • Consult with clients and answer their questions and concerns before, during, and after a real estate transaction.
  • Mediate communications and negotiations between the home seller and purchaser.
  • Actively devise marketing strategies to ensure a prompt home sale.
