Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rally Experience Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing daily interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and Closing of Office: Ensure the office is open and ready for guests, and close the office at the end of the day.
  • Event Management: Manage the scheduling and logistics for events, classes, and activities, coordinating with instructors and other staff members as needed.
  • Sales Support: Work with the Sales Director to assist in the booking of programs and thrill rides.
  • Safety Response: Serve as the safety response point person, utilizing radio communication to ensure guest safety.
  • Guest Education: Educate guests and prospective students about school programs, schedules, events, and facilities in-person, over the phone, at events, and via email.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, instructors, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Guest Check-in: Handle check-ins, registrations, and payments, as well as prepare and maintain course orders and customer files.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure that the guest areas and facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Delivery Management: Handle the receiving of deliveries at the office, checking in delivery drivers and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Issue Resolution: Work with the team to address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Guest Feedback: Gather and analyze guest feedback to continually improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Supply Management: Oversee the weekly supply order for the office.
  • Retail Management: Restock the retail floor and process in-store and online retail orders.
  • Event Support: Attend and assist with events when needed, both on-site and off-site.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Friendly, hardworking, and helpful with a positive attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctuality: Punctuality is required.
  • Background: Customer service background is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, computer savvy, and technology friendly is helpful.
  • Passion: Passion for motorsports makes the position relatable, but not required.
  • Availability: Weekends are required.
