Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Professional is responsible for managing all aspects of a home purchase and sale. This includes helping clients prepare their home to be placed on the market, assisting in the home search process, and mediating during sales and purchasing negotiations. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills and an ability to build quality relationships with clients.

As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and goals. You will need to be able to provide expert advice on how to market and sell their home, as well as how to find a new home that meets their needs. This requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to stay up-to-date on recent home sales.

The compensation for this role is based on the number of transactions completed. As you make more transactions, you will earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $50,000 - $100,000 per year or more.

Job Responsibilities
  • Help clients prepare their home to be placed on the market.
  • Assist clients in the home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses.
  • Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Become an expert in your local real estate market and stay informed of recent home sales.
  • Craft unique marketing materials to advertise your real estate services.
  • Advise clients on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.
