  • Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily banking activities and ensure accurate reconciliation of company bank accounts.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, including accruals, amortization of intangible assets, and revenue recognition entries during the month-end close process.
  • Support the management of the company’s credit card programs, collaborating with managers and staff to ensure proper coding.
  • Conduct SOX-compliant tasks, maintaining internal controls as mandated by the PCAOB and SEC.
  • Assist in the preparation of various accounting reports utilized by management on a monthly basis.
  • Explore opportunities for advancement within the accounting department.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with web-based banking platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn new accounting technologies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate or Public Accounting.
  • Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.
