Job Summary

The Invoice Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all monthly invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate customer billing invoices from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Verify that all billing calculations are correct before sending invoices to customers.
  • Meet all billing deadlines to maintain a positive cash flow.
  • Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Process customer request forms and online registrations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enhance the department's and organization's reputation by taking ownership of new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite/Salesforce is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, to analyze and process data.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong analytical skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
