Office Manager - Transitional Age Youth Program

TLC Child & Family Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Office Manager to join our Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Program team. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the program staff, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming and organized resource center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Manage accounting tasks, bookkeeping duties, and program finances under the supervision of the Program Director.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized Transitional Age Youth Resource Center, ensuring a safe and affirming environment for youth and families.
  • Co-manage youth center services with the Resource Center Coordinator, including training new staff on center and office procedures and policies.
  • Support the Program Director and Housing Director with contract compliance, grant application, and management support.
Requirements:
  • A passion for working with young adults and experience in supporting the TAY population (ages 16-24).
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Office Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively, with a commitment to embodying TLC's mission and values.
  • Two plus years of experience in an office management position, with experience in various aspects of administrative and accounting duties.
  • CA driver's license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel, with mileage compensation provided.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, TB test, and drug screen.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
