Job Overview

Tri-Lift Industries Inc. is a leading provider of material handling equipment and solutions, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, including sales reports, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree with a high level of business acumen and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the material handling industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
