Business Improvement Specialist

Senior PsychCare is seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Specialist to lead efforts focused on process improvements. This individual will utilize a variety of skills to identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for improvement within our organization, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and remove inefficiencies using key continuous improvement tools and a defined methodology for solving problems down to root cause.
- Plan, coach, conduct, facilitate, and lead Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Establish performance measurement systems and goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Align value streams to increase work product flow.
- Responsible for improvement of KPIs and adherence to LSS principles.
- Manage, own, implement, and ensure continued process documentation of manuals, SOPs, reports, and procedures.
- Conduct a variety of organizational studies, investigations, and operational studies.
- Recommend new procedures to enhance efficiency of day-to-day operations as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
- Experience and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt -or- willing to obtain certification within six months of employment.
- Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement: 2 years.
- DMAIC: 2 years.
- Root Cause Analysis: 2 years.
Preferred Candidates
- Strong healthcare background and project experience.
- MBA in any business-related field.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position. We do not offer visa sponsorships or relocation assistance at this time. Only applicants in the greater Houston, Texas area will be considered.
