At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives that drive quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement methodologies and tools
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and other quality improvement projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Three years of experience in a hospital or outpatient clinical role
  • One year of experience in a quality management and/or patient safety risk management decision support or similar information analysis role
  • RN Registered Nurse Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPHQ Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
  • CPPS Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CBPPS)
  • Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies and principles
  • Knowledge of the principles of patient safety
