Job Summary

Senior PsychCare is seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Specialist to lead process optimization efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and experience in leading improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to support their improvement efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • Experience and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business or related field
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Project management experience
