Job Description
At Handyman Connection of Pearland, TX, we are seeking a skilled Home Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a Residential and Light Commercial Contractor, you will be responsible for providing general contracting work for Pearland and the surrounding area. Your duties will include providing quotes for clients and completing the work with great attention to detail, as well as corresponding efficiently with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general contracting work for Pearland and the surrounding area.
  • Provide quotes for clients and complete the work with great attention to detail.
  • Correspond efficiently with your customers and colleagues.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in at least three (3) of the following:
  1. Carpentry
  2. Bathroom and restroom improvements
  3. Kitchen remodeling
  4. Painting, both inside and out
  5. Drywall work, repairs, caulk
  6. Small plumbing and electrical
  7. Floor installation and refurbishing
  • Excellent customer service
  • Building code familiarity
  • Current driver's license / insurance
  • Have tools, work vehicle, references
  • Contractors need liability insurance and workers comp
  • Access to your own smart phone & Internet
