Job Title: Performance Improvement Specialist

At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement efforts.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and benchmarks to measure performance and track progress.
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement principles and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Three years of experience in a hospital or outpatient clinical role.
  • One year of experience in a quality management and/or patient safety risk management decision support or similar information analysis role.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Texas or Compact State licensure within 60 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) certification.
  • CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) certification.
