About the Role:

CaptivateIQ is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to pursue new business opportunities, including creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CMOs, and other senior-level executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
