Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Identify customer needs and requirements, and position Quest Software's Information Management Systems software solutions as the best fit
- Collaborate with sales engineers and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales opportunities
- Manage and track leads and related sales activities using CRM systems
- 1+ years of outbound B2B sales experience or a combination of work experience and education
- Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think analytically
- Active listening skills
- 2+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Working understanding of data protection technologies
