About the Role:

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the agent to develop and execute marketing plans, achieving set targets and objectives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
