Regional Business Development Lead

As a key player in driving growth, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and collaborate with our team to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and industries aligned with company initiatives and historical success.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through various channels.
- Cultivate strong connections with potential clients to ensure seamless transitions to the Client Success Team.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within organizations and comprehend their purchasing perspectives.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments to fully understand marketing goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to design customized marketing solutions.
- Present personalized marketing solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Contribute insights to enhance services and offerings.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM reflecting sales activities and prospect interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in business development within marketing or advertising.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to data management.
