**AAIC Overview:** We specialize in providing personal insurance and health insurance solutions to families and businesses. Our goal is to offer protection against potential risks and unforeseen health issues.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Offer AAIC products that meet the needs of customers
  • Travel 3-4 weeks a month to meet with customers and prospects

**Requirements:**

  • Sales experience required
  • No insurance experience required but is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain necessary Health Insurance license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus)
  • Confident, driven, motivated individual who works well independently and is a team player
  • Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a great attitude, work well with your team and have a true passion for helping others

**Salary:** $126,000 within the first year, with residual income growing over time.
