Human Resources Administrator

Qualifications
A master's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Human Services is preferred. Experience in managing human resources within a federal judiciary context is highly desirable.
General Experience
Compensation and classification will be determined based on the candidate's work experience, qualifications, and salary history. To be eligible for the CL 25 level, candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the CL 24 level. For the CL 26 level, one year of specialized experience equivalent to the CL 25 level is required.
To qualify for the CL 27 level, candidates must have two years of specialized experience, including at least one year at the CL 26 level, or meet the educational requirements for a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, along with one of the following academic achievements:
- An overall GPA of 2.90 or higher on a 4.0 scale;
- Ranking in the upper third of the graduating class;
- A major GPA of 3.5 or above in fields such as business, public administration, human resources management, industrial relations, or psychology;
- Membership in recognized academic honor societies;
- Completion of one academic year of graduate study in related fields.
Specialized Experience
Candidates should have progressively responsible experience in at least one, preferably two or more, areas of human resources management and administration (such as staffing, training, employee relations, and classification) that provided familiarity with the relevant rules, regulations, and terminology.
