Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, performance evaluation, and employee retention strategies.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of human resources experience, with a focus on employee relations and leadership development.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience managing a multi-state payroll with a tier one service provider.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
