Rear View Safety, a leader in the commercial backup camera system industry, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle a high volume of incoming communications, including calls, emails, and support tickets.
  2. Evaluate and understand customer requirements by responding to inquiries regarding products and services; provide information about additional offerings.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable product solutions and facilitate payment and shipping processes.
  4. Establish and maintain customer accounts by accurately documenting account details.
  5. Deliver precise product and service information; address and resolve issues promptly.
  6. When addressing customer concerns, clarify the issue, identify the root cause, propose the most effective solution, expedite corrections, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  8. Contribute positively to team objectives.
  9. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
  10. Perform additional tasks as required.

  • Proficient phone communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Capability to analyze information efficiently.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • Quick adaptability to new systems (familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk, QuickBooks, and Outlook is advantageous).
