Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications to assist clients with their inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communications.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance customer service is required.
- Experience working remotely with a dedicated and quiet workspace.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to efficiently address client inquiries and provide solutions.
- A genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a coaching environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of or ability to obtain an active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license.
