Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications to assist clients with their inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communications.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance customer service is required.
  • Experience working remotely with a dedicated and quiet workspace.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to efficiently address client inquiries and provide solutions.
  • A genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a coaching environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain an active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license.
