About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Dining Coordinator to join our team at Landry's. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our upscale dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Work closely with our Food & Beverage and culinary teams to plan and prepare for events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Process and record all inquiries, bookings, deposits, and revenues in our financial system.
  • Assist our Unit Accountant with daily audits of financials, mid-month and month-end inventory for food, labor, and supplies.
  • Support the Unit Accountant with administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
