Job Overview

Position Summary:

  • In this position, you will cultivate and sustain professional relationships with designated clients.
  • Your primary goal will be to effectively convey solutions pertaining to the proper upkeep of machinery, repairs, and management of parts orders, including logistics.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to assist clients through the maintenance and repair procedures to minimize operational interruptions.
  • Assist in the assembly of specific machinery and aid in inventory management.
  • Operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate efficiently with clients and management.
  • Propose enhancements for ongoing improvements in equipment and parts inventory management.
  • Contribute to the development of training and troubleshooting documentation for clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve machinery and/or operator-related challenges.
  • Maintain a Customer-Centric Approach: Follow up with clients after providing solutions to ensure machinery is functioning optimally.
  • Keep clients informed with necessary updates, such as equipment winterization.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel.
  • Foster and uphold a safety culture where all incidents are preventable.

  • Interest in working with Pest Management Products and Innovations.
  • Interpersonal skills suitable for supporting competitive innovations in a positive, ethical manner with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Employee Benefits:

Healthcare Coverage: Synectics provides eligible employees and their dependents with healthcare insurance through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Eligibility commences on the first day of the calendar month following 60 days of continuous full-time employment with Synectics. Premiums are partially subsidized by Synectics.

Dental Coverage: Eligible employees and their dependents can access a dental plan through MetLife, with eligibility starting on the first day of the calendar month following 60 days of continuous full-time employment with Synectics.

Vision Coverage: Synectics offers vision insurance through VSP for eligible employees, effective on the first day of the calendar month following 60 days of continuous full-time employment.

401(k) Plan: The Synectics Inc. Investment Savings Retirement Plan allows all employees aged 21 and older to participate in the 401(k) Plan on the first enrollment date that is at least 30 days after employment begins, with enrollment dates occurring each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

Certification Bonus: Synectics awards a bonus of up to $500 for approved professional certifications. The bonus amount is determined based on the costs associated with certification tests relevant to your current role, completed during your employment. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year is permitted per employee, and only current, active employees are eligible for this bonus, which is awarded 90 days after Synectics receives documentation confirming successful certification completion.
