Position Overview

As a vital member of the executive team, the role entails executing a diverse range of administrative functions to support the Deputy Commissioner and senior management. This position demands a high level of discretion, the ability to interpret policies and procedures, and frequent collaboration with various stakeholders, including government officials and community members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the executive office.
  • Provide expert guidance to other staff members, ensuring quality and consistency in information dissemination.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile comprehensive reports and summaries to aid decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in providing administrative support in a senior-level environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with automated office systems.
  • Capability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience handling sensitive political matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities.

Additional Considerations

  • Background in public administration, public health, healthcare management, business, or communications.
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation, including the creation of charts and tables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
