Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This position is ideal for those who excel in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a structured work environment.
Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Richmond, CA
Compensation: $18-$22/hr, Full-Time
Core Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients with a professional demeanor
- Handle incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy
- Coordinate tasks related to equipment usage and document organization
- Oversee mail and delivery management
- Assist in the preparation and support of meetings and events
- Manage orders for products and supplies
- Input data into various databases and systems
- Facilitate travel arrangements as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Strong work ethic coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
