Administrative Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This position is ideal for those who excel in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a structured work environment.

Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Richmond, CA

Compensation: $18-$22/hr, Full-Time

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients with a professional demeanor
  • Handle incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy
  • Coordinate tasks related to equipment usage and document organization
  • Oversee mail and delivery management
  • Assist in the preparation and support of meetings and events
  • Manage orders for products and supplies
  • Input data into various databases and systems
  • Facilitate travel arrangements as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Strong work ethic coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
