Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director, Americas to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the validation, incubation, and commercialization of key product and segment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new product and/or Business GTM efforts across product pillars
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of strategic opportunities, drive partnership momentum, and develop & execute comprehensive GTM plans for key initiatives
  • Validate new product ideas, use cases, and stress-test product market fit by actively engaging with new and existing partners and gathering market feedback
  • Lead Go/No-go leadership decision on moving development forward
  • Sign first-of-kind partner(s) for product incubation, author and execute bilateral agreements and work with cross-functional teams to land an MVP
  • Refine business model including economics / monetization plan
  • Graduate initiative to being market ready working cross-functionally
Requirements
  • 12+ years of business development, product partnership or product experience in a fintech or other financial services company. Crypto or payments preferred
  • Experience driving a cross functional team to alignment with a thoughtful, data-driven approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work alongside technical resources and contribute to solution development for partner solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop clear hypothesis on product-market fit and a go-to-market approach
  • Excellent pipeline management and ability to prioritize across an expansive set of initiatives to maximize business growth
  • Impeccable written and presentation skills in English
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay range: $195,000 - $252,500
  • Annual bonus target: 20%
