Business Development Associate - Energy Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Global Edge Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy sector through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at leading companies in the energy industry.
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver innovative staffing solutions that drive operational excellence and fuel growth.
  • Drive your 360 sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Four years + experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technical/energy industry or associated sectors.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
