Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on luxury service and guest satisfaction
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
